 Jeri-Ashley DeLeon Bremer (she/her/ella) is a recognized authority in mindful leadership and parenting for high-achieving professionals. With nearly 20 years of experience, she specializes in trauma-informed, research-backed strategies that cultivate emotional and psychological resilience in children, parents, educators, and leaders.

Passionate about building strong, sustainable communities, Jeri-Ashley leverages an assets-based approach to create environments where future generations thrive on unconditional love and acceptance. Her work transforms educational spaces and empowers organizations to prioritize mental well-being, ensuring lasting impact across both personal and professional spheres.

A sought-after speaker and thought leader, Jeri-Ashley has helped thousands prevent burnout, strengthen mental health, and rediscover purpose through her holistic approach to leadership and mindfulness.

Jeri-Ashley is a certified parent coach and mindfulness & meditation coach, with extensive training in trauma-informed care. Her trainings include:

Jeri-Ashley is a first-generation college graduate, holding a BA in Sociology from St. Mary's University and a Master of Science in Education from Johns Hopkins University. Her passion for serving others goes beyond creating change for families, extending into helping individuals create transformational change through healing.

At The Mindfulness Co., we understand that the journey to mindfulness can be as unique as the individuals who embark on it. Our founder’s path was shaped by a series of seemingly unrelated events that ultimately led to a profound desire to help parents, caregivers, educators, and leaders integrate mindfulness into their daily lives.

 

Our Story

The seed for The Mindfulness Co. was planted many years ago during a seemingly ordinary car ride to school. As a middle schooler, our founder experienced a moment of pure presence, tuning out the world and simply existing in the moment. This early encounter with mindfulness resurfaced years later through a friend's meditation journey, reigniting a curiosity and leading to a deeper exploration of the practice.

Fast forward a few more years, and the integration of yoga and mindfulness became a regular part of our founder’s routine. The practice of being fully present and aware brought a new level of calm and grounding. This transformative experience was profoundly felt during the births of her children, where mindfulness practices allowed her to stay calm and focused, even in the intensity of labor.
