Leadership Without Self-Abandonment.

Executive Well-being & Mindful Leadership Strategist
for Women Navigating Complexity and Influence

For nearly two decades, I have led inside high-responsibility environments—navigating motherhood, advocacy, executive leadership, and complex systems simultaneously.

I understand the weight of consequence.

The pressure of visibility.

The cost of carrying vision for others.

There were seasons where survival was necessary.

But survival is not sustainable leadership.

That realization became deeply personal after a health crisis forced me to confront the toll that years of operating in high-pressure systems had taken on my body and nervous system.

It reshaped how I understood leadership, success, and capacity.

From that experience, I began integrating nervous system intelligence with executive strategy—developing an approach that protects leaders’ capacity while expanding their influence.

Today, I partner with visionary women navigating complexity, capital, and consequence—helping them recalibrate success on their own terms while leading with composure, conviction, and sustainable power.
