Jeri-Ashley Bremer has dedicated her career to guiding ambitious women—leaders, entrepreneurs, and mothers—through deep personal transformation. A former high-achieving workaholic, Jeri-Ashley knows firsthand the struggle of balancing ambition with personal fulfillment. Through her signature Mindful Mama Method, she empowers women to shift from overwhelm to clarity, from self-doubt to unshakable confidence, and from burnout to a life that feels deeply aligned.
Jeri-Ashley holds a B.A. in Sociology from St. Mary’s University, an M.S. in Education from Johns Hopkins University, and certifications in mindfulness, meditation, and parent coaching. Tamra Stanish, CPCC, PCC, is a professional coach and guide for individuals ready to move from stuck to soul-aligned. She believes everything starts with the body—and that when we listen deeply, it reveals what we’re ready to know.
Through her ROAM framework (Reflection, Ownership, Alignment, Momentum), Tamra helps clients clear the noise, reconnect with their inner Knowing, and take grounded action. Her work blends somatic practice, breathwork, I-O psychology, and Internal Family Systems (IFS), all through a trauma-informed lens. At the heart of it, Tamra believes our lives make the most sense when we lead from the inside out.
When she's not working, you can find Tamra with her two little girls, her chaotic frenchie, and her husband out and about in San Antonio.
